Thanks Kofi, your opinions are warmly welcome always.  It will interest you to know that we are continuously collecting data to help improve our services, schedules, products and even staff. This industry in our part of the world is very unpredictable when it comes to clients visit patterns. It is just in recent times that booking services is gaining some traction for example. In fact with barbering services, collecting data is so difficult because mostly they like to come in and out swiftly. Just when you think you are establishing a particular routine for a particular service it changes. 

So yes, we will keep doing our best to monitor our trends and adjust where need be. We would also appreciate loyal clients who will stick and stay even if there are little hiccups here and there as we all grow to make our experience better.

The service was super as always. I know the barbers need some time or days off but can you do a little data analysis.
Let your receptionist take this month and note down 
1. The time people come in
2. The number of people requiring services at what time. Etc
Because if I come in at 5pm and there are 3 people ahead of me but there is only one barber on site I will move to my next preferred barber.
This is not a criticism of the barbers just that we need to consciously know when people come in or will be coming to know what days to give them day off.
