The treatment is a side-lying pregnancy massage—a technique endorsed by Pregnancy Massage Australia for its exceptional benefits. This position offers unparalleled physical and psychological comfort for both mother and baby, allowing for effective treatment of common pregnancy discomforts such as lower back pain, hip pain, and pelvic girdle pain. By gently lengthening the spine and easing muscular tension, side-lying massage also supports the body's natural alignment and reduces strain on uterine ligaments .​
