- A full scale and polish with a qualified hygienist
- Custom made bleaching trays tailored to your teeth
- A bleach prescription from our dentist valid for 24 months (the prescription will remain active indefinitely if you continue to have dental examinations with us)
- 4 syringes of 16% carbamide peroxide for effective whitening.

A second appointment is required as part of this treatment. This will be booked at your first appointment.

Please be advised that this price does not cover any dental work that may be required as a result of your exam.
