I use and make traditional Māori medicines and/or practices to facilitate healing. Treatments | Workshops | Handcrafted Rongoā | Women's wellbeing | Mental health | Trauma, grief + recovery work My passion for Rongoā Māori was found during my own personal healing journey, and It is my goal to health fill the missing gaps within our public health system by providing other avenues of healing all parts of the person.
