Currently doing Virtual or socially distanced face to face consultations and free weekly consultations when weekly plan purchased to help keep you on track. Extra support available if required. I pride myself solely on my 1:1 support and work on mindset and changing habits. I also offer an amazing maintenance programme to help keep it off and you on track. I lost just shy of 6 stone back in 2018 and have maintained ever since. I know how hard it is and I immediately make you feel at ease and comfortable at our initial consultation.
