* Stay out of the sun. Let your sunscreen become your BFF on the last week prior to your appointment, Tanned skin is prone to adverse reactions. Most laser removal specialists will not treat tanned skin as it increases the likelihood of permanent pigment changes.
* 10. Take Tylenol – DO NOT take aspirin or ibuprofen.
* Eat and hydrate before your appointment.
* CUT BACK ON DRINKING AND SMOKING, your body can't handle detoxing all of that together and you will probably not have a good results.
