SALON POLICIES : Please adhere to the salon policies and guidelines. Thank you for choosing SIMPLII ARTISTIC BY MARISSA. Please read before booking.

LATE ARRIVALS - In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff,we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 30 mins late will be imposed with a $50 fee added to their service.

LATE ARRIVALS - Clients arriving more than 45 mins late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.

LATE CANCELLATIONS - We understand that emergencies happen, if you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24hrs prior to the appointment.

LATE CANCELLATIONS - If the booking was made on the same day notify us at least 3hrs prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a  $80 fee added to your next appointment.

NO SHOWS - In the case of missing your appointment,you will be imposed with a fee worth 20%of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from the salon.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE - Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES - As we are concerned with you and your children's safety, we strictly prohibited unsupervised children in the salon. In emergencies situation, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.

SALON POLICIES

A consultation is mandatory. All new clients must book a consultation prior to any and all hair services. Consultation may only be booked from Tuesday-Thursday 9am- 3pm. Let's work together to create that salon finish hairstyle.

We also provide same day Consultation to our New Clients except for major Colour work. This is to ensure that your visit to our Salon be comfortable and relaxing. We are committed to catering for each Clients and their specific needs.

CONSULTATION

Now that quarantine has been lifted and the salon has reopened for business, new guidelines will be implemented. Here are some of the new guidelines to follow so as to ensure operation is done properly and safely.

IMPLEMENTED GUIDELINES

All salon guests must be screened at the door upon entry. This will include answering a few health questions to ensure your safety and mine is protected. If you are experiencing flu like symptoms please cancel your appointment.

HEALTH INTEREST

ALL GUESTS MUST SANITIZE UPON ENTRY

All guests must wear mask at all times while in the Salon.

NO MASK/ NO SERVICE

Until further notice we will be serving 3 appointments per day. SO PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY.

APPOINTMENTS SPECIFICS

Because it is mandated as a salon operator, a limited number of guests are kept in the salon, other scheduled appointments will be asked to wait in your vehicle or outside until guest has left. NO PLUS ONE OR CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SALON. This is done to ensure a clean and safe settings. However, this is not an invitation to arrive late, late charge still applies at this time.
