Dermaplaning is an exfoliation treatment for the skin.
I use a surgical steel scalpel (dermaplaning tool) to lightly scrape the surface of the skin. Don't worry, it is not as scary as it sounds. This treatment revitalizes the skin by removing dead skin cells and small vellus facial hairs, commonly known as "peach fuzz," leaving the skin glowing!
