Great experience all round. Needed new gel nails whilst on holiday. Easy to book online and find the salon. The ladies were really friendly and although it was dearer than the U.K. price, the care of my nails and the manicure / gel paint has been excellent and was a longer more careful treatment. 

Staff friendly and did a good job repairing one nail and shortening the others.  Little more than I would have like to have paid 73$ BBD when I paid $70CDN to have them all done.

For all Nail and beauty bookings, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Therefore, if you can no longer make your pre-booked appointment. We ask that you contact us 24 hours before your appointment, to either cancel or reschedule your booking. This can be done by:
(a) Phone
(b) Logging into your Fresha account and changing the date or cancelling the appointment
(c) Sending us a DM on ANY of our social media accounts
(d) Via our website, using the contact us form

Please Note: Failure to notify us of an “appointment cancellation 24 hours before your appointment”, or simply not turning up, will incur a no-show fee of $10 to your next appointment. No exceptions!


Same day cancellation Fee

If you are running late, please contact us 15 minutes (via social media, phone, WhatsApp or email) before your appointment, to let us know your expected time of arrival. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late, a $10.00 charge will be added to your final bill on the day. Also 3 no-shows and your account will be frozen, meaning you will not be able to use/ book in for any services at the salon for 2 months. No exceptions!
