It's a non-invasive, complementary therapy that works alongside traditional medicine, helping to balance the flow of life energy (Ki/Chi) within the body, which is believed to improve health when strong and lead to illness when low.  

How Reiki Works: Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through all living things. 

You remain completely clothed and comfortable.

The session is guided specifically, to make sure you are breathing correctly and all things flow safely. 
It is combined with guided meditation aspect to help ease the mind and empower set intentions.
