After sitting at your desk all day does your lower back ache and feel like you are stuck in one position? Is the only way to ease the stiffness to lie on the floor and stretch it out? Then my treatment is designed just for you.
Focusing on your lower back muscles I use heat, dry cupping therapy and sports massage techniques to work into your muscles and relieve the tension. Leaving you feeling lifted, relaxed and ready for a good nights rest. 


Lower Back Lift

A really blissful and essential treatment for your neck, shoulders and arms. Particularly delightful when you have been sat hunched working on your computer all day and feel like you need a good straightening out. Not only do I find all your sore spots - relieving that muscle tension and those aches and pains. I provide a treatment that gives you space to de-compress after your busy day and time to prioritise you and enable you to feel human again.
I use sports massage and deep tissue techniques to work into your sore muscles to ease the pain while you enjoy a lovely, restful and therapeutic treatment. To conclude the treatment I use the gentle soothing heat of hot stones and hot mitts  to make sure you leave with that ooh feeling.
