Reiki

All clients that are new to Spinal Energetics must book in for a comprehensive consultation with Jessica first. This appointment includes a health history to ensure this modality is suitable for you and that you are able to access ongoing support should you wish to. During the consultation Jessica will assess physical, psychological, social, spiritual and emotional health to determine whether this modality is right for you. Spinal Energetics is a fast and effective way to release stored trauma in the body by working with the brain, spine and nervous system in a safe and supported way. Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual's energy, intuition and instinct. 

Spinal Energetics Initial Consult and Treatment (90mins) 

The lymphatic system sits between the immune and circulatory system. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system doesn't have a pump so manual lymphatic drainage is the most effective way to circulate the toxins and proteins that may be stagnant in the lymph nodes.

This booking is designed for clients who attend a Spinal Energetics session every 4-6 weeks. The 60 min appointment time includes a debrief about information collected in the initial consultation along with a 30-45 min Spinal Energetics treatment. Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual's energy, intuition and instinct.


Spinal Energetics- Ongoing Treatment (60mins)

This booking is designed for clients who are familiar with the Spinal Energetics modality and have sessions every 1-4 weeks. During this session Jessica will practice both Reiki and Spinal Energetics for the ultimate mind, body and spirit energy healing session offering a deep connection to Self as well as releasing stored stress, emotion and trauma from the body. Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual's energy, intuition and instinct.

Spinal Energetics - Ongoing Treatment with Reiki (45mins)

Experience the ultimate healing session with Reiki Restore. During the 90 min healing session you will receive a combination of modalities tailored specifically to your unique needs. Using an individualised approach to wellness this 90 min session will include Reiki energy healing with a personalised guided meditation, chakra balancing using a pendulum and crystal therapy, aromatherapy and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). During the session we use specific binaural beats and tones from the Solfeggio frequency scale to transition your brainwaves into deeper states of consciousness to access your bodies natural ability heal at a faster rate. Tuning forks that carry specialised hertz will be used around the body's BioField in order to restore the energetic layer back to homeostasis as well as copper singing bowls being placed on areas of the body to alleviate stress and aid in cellular repair.


Reiki Restore 

An express facial MLD Massage is a 15 minute specialised massage to target fine lines, wrinkles and puffiness around the eyes, jaw and cheeks. This massage is aimed at clients who experience hayfever symptoms and congestion in the nose and ears and helps to drain fluid from those areas.

A perfect massage to slim the whole face in preparation for a social event or dental procedure.

Express Facial MLD Massage (15 mins) 

An initial consultation must be booked prior to this service. 

MLD is a dry, light, rhythmic, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the flow of lymphatic fluid in order to decongest lymph ducts. It is very different to a traditional muscular massage. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels and nodes in order to direct the flow of fluid to target nodes to enable fast and effective drainage of fluid. Its main roles are to fight infections and detoxify the body by transporting metabolic waste, excess fluid, toxins and bacteria out of the body. It helps to reduce swelling, bruising and scar tissue formation and improves tissue quality.


Ongoing MLD Massage (90 mins)

We offer house clearings whereby white sage, palo santo, crystal energies and Reiki is used. This service is designed to lighten the energy of the space- we do not claim to interact or clear “spirits” from a house. 

We use a lot of sage to go into every corner of the house therefore the house will get Smokey. No one apart from the person conducting the clearing is to be on the property at the time of the clearing including pets. House needs to be well ventilated to avoid smoke alarms being triggered. 

Channeled messages may come through that we pass along during the clearing. The reason for a house clearing should be sent via email to santulan.holistic.wellness@gmail.com. 

The service will take a maximum of one hour depending on the home. For every 5km out of Sunbury an additional $5 fee applies. 

Energetic House Clearing - Reiki

We provide healings and photo readings whereby the person receiving the healing doesn’t need to be physically present. Messages may come up in the photo that will be passed on. You may want to send a healing to a loved one that has passed over or perhaps someone on the other side of the world.
