90 Minute massages include 30 minutes of either VST: VIBRATIONAL SOUND THERAPY VST or Sound Therapy combined with 60 minutes of traditional Massage Therapy. They are excellent additions to massage. 
-VST combines powerful vibration and tones to induce an immediate relaxed state. The induction of the sound waves directly into the tissues of the body along with soothing ambient tones is such a strong treatment that clients report effects ranging from a meditative state to deep relaxation.

 Sandra is a LICENSED VIBRATIONAL SOUND THERAPIST.

90 minute Massage & VST

30 minute massages are great for focus sessions such as neck, back, and shoulders or legs.

A blend of modalities and nearly 30 years of experience. Deep Tissue Massage is not offered.  I'll only use as much pressure as your tissues will allow. I am dedicated to the work that I do, however, I will not hurt myself in order to help you. Cupping Massage is offered after your first session, and only when appropriate for your unique holding patterns.

30 minute Professional Massage Therapy

Fast and effective, Tuning fork therapy can help balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, bringing your (body, mind, spirit)  back to a healthy vibrational state, while promoting self-healing. Sandra is certified in Tuning Fork Therapy. After a conversation bout client goals for the session, appropriate tuning forks are utilized to bring about harmony and relaxation. Tuning Fork Therapy can be very effective in helping with issues such as: anxiety, depression, digestion, grief, anger, nervous system balance and well-being. The client simply lies still, as the forks are activated and held next to the ears. In less than 1 minute, the calming effects of the tuning forks can be experienced.

30 minute Tuning Fork Therapy 

During this "Sonic Massage", the client remains fully clothed as Himalayan singing bowls are placed on the body. VST combines powerful vibration and tones to induce an immediate relaxed state.  Most clients start to relax as soon as the session begins. Their muscles will lose tension, breathing and heart rate slows, the body begins to absorb the waves of vibration into its tissues. The slowing of breathing and lack of muscle tension are both signs that the metabolism is slowing. Insulin levels will rise, cortisol levels will fall. As the heart rate slows, blood pressure falls and arteries expand giving rise to a feeling of warmth. This relaxed state allows the body to repair itself instead of responding to outside concerns. The immune system is at its best when we are relaxed. VST is an excellent alternative to massage, while still having profound effects on the body, mind & emotions. 

VST is so gentle and relaxing that most people will fall asleep at some point during the session.

A deeply beneficial choice for anyone with symptoms of stress, PTSD, anxiety, insomnia or depression. A blend of Tuning forks, singing bowls, drum, gong, chime, and vocal toning are utilized to help balance the Central Nervous System. This can lead to entrainment, a form of beneficially modified brainwave frequencies.  Allow yourself to be ushered into a therapeutically relaxed and peaceful state.
