Phyllis Bubnick is a Registered Massage Therapist with over twenty years’ experience working in the Health and Wellness industry in the GTA, Winnipeg and Niagara. She is currently located in St. Catharines’ North End within the offices of Lakeshore Chiropractic Group. As an RMT she has focused extensively on sports massage and injury rehabilitation. Phyllis is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy, a light-touch approach that releases tensions deep within the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
