This is a slow, intuitive ritual designed to meet you where you are~ physically, emotionally, energetically. Rooted in cyclical wisdom, your treatment is tailored to your current hormonal or life phase: menstruation, ovulation, postpartum, menopause, or beyond.

Each session is unique, blending natural and effective skincare with massage techniques to support your skin and overall well-being. Depending on your inner season, I may weave in:

• Sculpting massage to uplift and boost radiance
• Gentle lymphatic drainage to de-puff and detoxify
• Optional buccal massage to release jaw tension
• A replenishing mask
• Tools like gua sha, cups, ridoki, or quartz mushrooms

Your décolletage, shoulders, neck, arms, and scalp are lovingly treated, inviting deep rest and nervous system balance.

To close your ritual, a warm cup of Really Nice Tea will be offered~ selected to align with where you are in your cycle or hormonal phase, extending the nourishment from skin to within.
