I find Paula really easy to talk too. I’m quite new atm so I’m still early in my journey of therapy but so far I’m really pleased with how my sessions are going. I think the time we have in a session is amazing compared to other therapists where sessions are shorter, I think the wind down and build up time she has incorporated to the sessions really pays off!  I feel great thought, care and space is given for you to openly talk without worrying about timing. She is lovely and I would recommend her services to anyone.
