I offer individually tailored, deeply relaxing & rejuvenative Acupressure massage, Deep tissue massage and Access Bars Therapy sessions at a tranquil treatment room in central Leamington Spa.
Acupressure is similar to Acupuncture as it works on the same acupoints and energy meridians, but instead of using needles, I use my hands, palms and elbows to release tension knots in the body by deeply stimulating the affected area. 
I compliment the treatment with deep tissue massage to break down any lingering tension. My clients usually experience immediate relief to chronic pain and feel calmer.

A pre-paid block booking for 6 Acupressure massage sessions, £350 or £300 with core gym discount. 
Individually tailored acupressure session for any region of the body. Includes consultation, assessment and treatment plan. It will include acupressure to the affected areas and can include deep tissue massage if required & appropriate. With or without massage oil/essential oils. 

PRE PAID BLOCK BOOKING 360 minutes

All new clients are legally required to complete a medical questionnaire & consultation prior to treatment. This is to allow for all medical conditions and medications to be taken into account prior to treatment and for the practitioner to be able to deliver the most effective therapy plan. 
I allow up to 20 mins for each client prior to the beginning of the treatment session in order for you to have & experience the full treatment time you've paid for. If for any reason we finish the consultation early, your treatment will start early and time added on. If we over run 20 minutes, any additional time will run into the treatment session time.  
Please do not have a heavy meal, drink alcohol or take severe pain killers prior to the treatment.
Please be aware I'm unable to treat clients who are pregnant, undergoing cancer treatment, a severe viral infection, or have had recent surgery (i.e within the last month)

Seated Acupressure with deep tissue massage

Experience the ultimate massage! Steeped in ritual and taken from the Ayurvedic modality, this massage involves two therapists working simultaneously on the body, to work deeply into the muscles and tissues to bring about an incredibly relaxing and theraputic result. 4 Handed Deep Tissue Massage

Acupressure Massage

This is an ancient fingertip medicine that is part of  the traditional chinese medicine of Acupressure. However instead of working on energy channels that run through the body called meridians, this therapy works on a complete holographic system of body & organs represented on the feet. This hour long treatment will follow a sequence of fingertip pressure holds and massage, starting at the toes, this sequence flows from head down to the feet, via points on the foot that relate to each organ and area of the body. This can be incredibly relaxing therapy (don't worry about your feet being ticklish!)  that banishes stress, targets the wellness of the whole body, promotes a general feeling of improved mood and can also improve your sleep. 

Reflexology 60 minutes 

A blissful 30 minute 'taster' session of what you can expect from a full Access Bars session. The session will help to calm, relax and re-set you mentally and allow your body to just rest during your treatment. It's a fantastic way to experience this treatment and it's benefits in just 30 minutes. 

Intro to Access Bars

Access Bars Therapy is a non-verbal, hands on,  transformational mind therapy & energy healing process, that gives you the tools to tackle life on life's terms.
 
It uses energy centres or 'bars' which are located on the head and unlocks them using light fingertip touch over 32 points on the head, to relieve any energy blockages, promote calmness and relaxation, helping to work through problems, giving you clarity and aids you in over coming limiting beliefs. 
This treatment is also used to help with PTSD, reducing anxiety, negative self talk and depression.

This is a very relaxing treatment, as you'll be lying fully clothed on the massage couch, fully supported with cushions and blankets while I work on the head, lightly touching the 32 points.

A single session can deliver clarity and peace to anything concerning you and more regular treatments can be transformative in allowing you to have greater confidence, self assuredness, focus and purpose.
