Ochroma Home Sauna, is the only full-spectrum infrared sauna available to the public in Brighton. We offer tailored 75 minute sessions which include; 20-45 minutes in the sauna- with your choice of music and lighting, a private washroom, hot/cold drinks and additional wellness activities, all in a comfortable home setting. If you need to fully detoxify, just want to get rid of a few spots and sleep a bit better, or want to try something new - our sauna is the one for you.

Warm welcome, bright homely room, great views. The sauna was spotless - I went for the hottest setting, which was very intense! I would maybe go for a lower setting next time. There was a tea station with instant hot water, and lots of things to play with between sets: the massage gun and massage chair were my go-tos. 

This is a nice set up for a sauna run from home. Jess is very knowledgeable about the benefits of this treatment and the room is calm and relaxing with some nice little touches.

I was delighted with the unique and comfortable setting that Ochroma offers. 
I have been to many saunas but have always had to share the space with strangers, which makes me a little uncomfortable. 
This is a totally private sauna and bathroom, and the beautiful view from the window and calm chill out room made this experience really special. 
There were lots of extras (massage chair, yoga space, really interesting books, I could go on!!!) that I will definitely use  at my next session.
The care and attention from Jessica was wonderful.. Truly a delightful afternoon. Very highly recommended.

I had such a lovely time at Ochroma sauna! The staff are so friendly and made me feel very relaxed from start to finish. The room is lovely and I really enjoyed using the massage chair after my session. I felt so good afterwards and will definitely be going back!

I've been to Ochroma a couple of times and it's a superb experience. The first time I didn't have a go on/do all of the other stuff there, so this time I was keen to try out the neck cloud and massage chair. The sauna itself is great and you can even play music/watch YouTube if you want. 
The facilities are all lovely, you feel at home instantly and it's really clean and tidy. Beautiful handwritten signs everywhere give it the personal touch. It feels like a very welcoming place made even better by the lovely Jess who greeted me and explained everything. Great self care time!

The space is lovely and clean and I had everything I needed- the tea was a lovely touch too.

DUO SESSION, share a rejuvenating experience with a partner or pal.
You'll have 75 minutes to fully unwind and rejuvenate together. 

Each person gets to enjoy a 20 minute sauna and select their setting; BEGIN, ALL LIGHTS, or our custom UPLIFT program. Add in some music and coloured lights, to fully customise the experience.

Amplify your session with wellness extras; massage tools, yoga equipment and relaxation resources or just take the time to chill on the sofa with a cup of tea. 

Private washroom included, we provide towels, sarongs and body wash.

We offer our long-term clients complimentary slippers and the option to request morning sessions (9:30-10:45)
