Salt Cave Head & Shoulder Massage

Small Salt Room holds 2 people - 45 min salt room session in a zero gravity reclining chair or use one of our yoga mats. 
Come hydrated. 
Wear comfy clothes and barefoot is recommended in the salt rooms. The floors are heated from October - May. 45 min in a salt room is like 3 days sea side for your nervous system! 

Colour therapy wall light to retrain brain patterns that calms the mind or ADHD. 

Lights are low to calm the nervous system. Salt feels like the beach and room feels like a cave. Very quiet and peaceful. Kids can play in the salt with the beach toys and do not realize that they are receiving a salt room therapy session to help them breath better. Many adults come on their own to have a nap in this salt room and get away from the busy-ness of life. The negative ion machine helps calm the body even more.

We have water with Celtic Sea Salt after the session if you like to wake your nervous system up again.

Relaxing sound bath in the salt room while sitting in a zero gravity chair. Breathe deep, set an intention to clear any thing weighing on your mind as well as what you are calling in, such as clarity in a personal situation, better boundaries, self care, or a move in a different direction.

Bare foot is recommended in the salt room. Dress in layers in case your temperature changes. Some feel hot and others feel cool. We have cozy blankets if you feel cold.

Frequency sound bath with Crystal Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramid for higher chakras, Tingshaw cymbals, drums, etc is a salt room experience like no other.
