Ayurvedic massage is a unique, personalised, deep relaxing, holistic massage. An ayurvedic dosha consultation will be carried out prior to your treatment to determine your body constitution in order to get the best out of this ancient Indian holistic treatment. Warmed medicated herb oils are used to massage the skin with great emphasis given to specific marma (energy) points to allow for ultimate physical, mental and emotional healing, energy balancing, elimination of toxins, immunity boosting and nourishment to the entire body on a cellular level.

I had a wonderful treatment with Hayley who was very welcoming and supportive. I was able to relax fully, to the extent that I may have dozed off several times! I would definitely Hayley and Nurture Ayurveda to other people!

I had a fantastic massage with Hayley and definitely would recommend. The warm oil was so soothing and relaxing and the overall ambience of the space and music left me feeling very calm and not wanting to get up at the end. Thank you Hayley, I will be back for more!

Really lovely experience from start to finish. A cosy treatment room which made it comfortable for me to embrace the relaxation. I had the Shirobyhanga treatment which was incredible, I absolutely loved the oils used, they smelt beautiful and felt gorgeous on my skin. I was really relaxed afterwards & had a brilliant night's sleep. Hayley was really welcoming & kind. Would definitely recommend & will be back for more treatments in the future x

Wow! What an incredible experience I’ve had with Hayley. I’ve never had any holistic therapy before and this first experience has opened my mind something much deeper than “just a massage”. Hayley is amazingly talented and so soothing! I had the best night sleep I think I’ve ever had, I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing experience having the Shirobhyanga treatment. Hayley warmly welcomed me and instantly I was relaxed. Her wonderful, calming nature and oasis of a treatment room was exceptional.
