Welcome to Nice to be Kneaded! Owner and Lead Massage Therapist is Tara Nicholas. She has lived and worked in the Catasauqua/Lehigh Valley for the past 20 years and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017. She completed her massage therapy schooling at Health Options Institute in Bethlehem Township. At Nice to be Kneaded, we specialize in Reflexology, Therapeutic Techniques, Lymphatic Drainage Treatment, Cupping, and Spa Techniques. Tara’s mission is to help with what hurts.
