A vitamin B12 (hydroxocobalamin) shot done by injection into the deltoid muscle (upper arm)

Our bodies do not make Vitamin B12, we have to get it from our food, if we are not getting enough of it from our diet then a vitamin supplement will be needed.

To maintain the benefits of B12 we recommend a course of 3 injections to be taken weekly, and then once every one to three months there after.
