Somatic Breathwork allows you to release the stress and overwhelm that is stored in our bodies, working on both a physical and emotional level.

It is an extremely powerful modality, and receives incredible feedback from clients already blessed to have experienced it.
 
The first half is more intense and focused around releasing. The second half is calmer and is focused on what you want to receive moving forward.

*As a IEMT Practitioner I am a member of The Association for IEMT Practitioners.  

IEMT helps to create space from the strong emotional response you hold connected to past experiences, trauma, and memories. It helps to look at the behavioural and identity imprints we may develop, that are associated with the various experiences / memories of our life. 
I help to support you by facilitating a series of eye movements and using NLP. 

The shining star in IEMT is that, it can bring about SIGNIFICANT CHANGE in a SHORT TIME FRAME. 

IEMT helps to create space within. 

*Prior to your first session of IEMT you must book a free 20min consultation / mini IEMT session. This helps ensure that IEMT is the right fit for your needs. This will be done via zoom. (This must not be booked on day of full session, ideally this will be completed at least 1 week prior) 

**These sessions are online. However, if you would prefer face to face, please discuss in pre consultation to see if possible.

As a Reiki Master/Teacher I offer hands on or distant energy healing. 

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. 

The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words “Rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. The universal life energy is channelled via me to the client, and encourages whatever emotional or physical support  is needed.  This allows clients to enter a deep relaxation state.

Hands on Reiki/In Person Reiki is available in Hastings, East Sussex. 

Please not that the treatment time is less time when doing distant healing, however I always book out an hour to allow for discussion before/after session.

Group Reiki Healing Experience 

These are powerful 1-1 sessions that will blow your mind! I remember the first time I experience this modality, I wanted to know everything about the magic that had just occurred!

Theses sessions are for you if: 
-You are ready to make a significant change in your life!  
-You are hitting a brick wall, and its crumbling all around you.
-You have tried main stream counselling and it was a good plaster, but it barely touched the service.

Within the session I hold a safe space, free from judgement, allowing you to open up, and to reach deep inside to see what it is blocking you. Its like shining a torch into your soul, and seeing it all.. The good, bad, and ugly! 

This is truly empowering! When you can see it, you can make a change! 

You will be supported in how to interrogate this new found knowledge within your day-to-day life.
