PLEASE NOTE: All in-person clinic appointments are suspended in response to government measures to control the spread of virus COVID-19. Move Well Clinic is now operating a 'Virtual Clinic' service that can be accessed by voice or video call using Skype. Move Well Consultations provide a tailored online service for anyone experiencing problems with pain, injury, strength, balance, or mobility. The service includes individually designed programming that combines exercise training, biomechanics, pain science, movement therapy, and education. Your first consultation will include a detailed Initial Assessment with immediate advice regarding treatment (including recommendations for referral to other services if necessary). 'Follow-up' consultations provide you with individually tailored advice and programming. Move Well can also offer individual exercise programming, including advice on ways to work around pain and injury issues. Fiona Higgs is a Sports and Exercise Therapy practitioner, Sports Therapy Association UK member and Ph.D. graduate in Sport and Exercise Science (Aberystwyth University, UK).
