The type of technique or treatment applied is dependent on the nature of the stage of training or competition, sports injury or condition and the assessment of the remedial massage therapist. Some techniques implemented include: stretching, myofascial release, IASTM tools, tapotement.

Choose from jojoba or coconut oil. Essential oil also available for facial massage.

**Quick tip, NOT required, taking a simple hair porosity test to see which oil is best suited for you and to achieve best possible results for hair nourishment.
