I'm so excited to meet you! All first time clients are required to book a 90 minute session in order to comfortably get to know each other, review history and expectations for the session. This is so I can really understand what it is you're looking for and be sure that our goals are aligned. 

Please note that I'm not an RMT, most insurance companies won't cover my sessions at this time. 

Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation that will include a link to a digital health history and waiver form. If you would like to fill one out in person or have any questions before the session please reach out to me at 604.754.7322.

Initial Visit 90 min Session (First Time Clients)

These 90 minute sessions are intended to really have the time to dive deep and connect with your body. Having the space to address stresses that can arise and use various modalities to achieve an intention or goal. 

These sessions may include a combo of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Joint Release, Aromatherapy and Energy Work. This depends on our consultation and what we both feel would be a good fit for our time together. 

90 Min Collab Session (Existing Clients) 

These shorter sessions are intended to create a space to just check out and relax. Various modalities will be used, however mostly utilizing Swedish techniques and energy work.
