Regular cold immersion is a great way to improve your athletic performance as it helps to decrease stress and inflammation in the body, enhance recovery time and reduction in fatigue resulting in reduced risk of injury. As well as building mental and physical resilience.

We have two ice baths which accomodate both beginners (average temp of 12°C) and also our hard-core ice bathers (average temp of 5°C) 🧊 

After your session we have a hot shower available for use. Please ensure you BYO towel, however we do have towels for hire if you forget!

ICE BATH SESSION - SINGLE CHILL 🧊 

Enjoy the best massage of your life with Normatec's compression boots. Normatecs are proven to enhance lymphatic drainage resulting in reduced feeling of muscle soreness (DOMS). Pull on a pair, lay back in one of our recliner massage chairs and relax while allowing the boots to work their magic while you catch up on some emails or a tv show.

NORMATEC COMPRESSION BOOTS

Enjoy 25 or 45 minutes of infrared rays & relaxation in our Infrared Sauna. Infrared light heats the body from within and penetrates deep into the tissue, muscle and joints, increasing blood flow and circulation, while decreasing inflammation.
Our infrared sauna can accommodate up to 3 people. 

During your session we have a shower available for you to use. We also ask that you bring a towel to sit on in the sauna & recommend you bring water with electrolytes to stay hydrated!
Bottles of water will be available for purchase & also towels for hire if you forget.

Traditional sauna uses high heat and steam to increase the humidity which brings on a much faster and intense sweat.

Our traditional sauna can accommodate up to 4 people.
