Reiki Healing is a non invasive treatment.  It originated in Japan back in the 19th century.  I simply place my hands on several parts of the body channelling healing energy through. 

Depending on what your body needs, your'll either feel heat or cold from my hands. Reiki Healing helps to heal the mind, body and soul. It's a very relaxing treatment.  Your'll lay on a massage therapy bed fully clothed with a blanket to keep you warm and relaxed.

With a mixture of various treatments to give you the best relaxation for your mind & soul. I use Vitamin E Carrier Oil which is good for both your skin & hair blended with Essential Oils to suit your ailments. 

This package starts with a Mini Facial where I Cleanse, Deep Cleanse, Tone & Moisturise your face, removing any toxins and dirt from the skin.

Then I do an Indian Head Massage which includes a Neck & Shoulder Massage, included with this I do some Acupressure Facial Points and finish this part with a Facial Massage. 

To end your treatment, I finish with Reiki Healing when we take deep breaths together to relax you further and when the treatment has finished, I ground you and slowly get you to open your eyes, have some water and bring yourself back to reality.

Then Essential Oils are chosen suitable for your ailments and your Neck & Back Massage begins. 

This Pamper then ends with hair oil applied then head & Scalp Massage using Jade Comb & other Hair Massaging Tools.

A mixture of hot and cold & various hand on & massage tools used to create the perfect relaxing treatment to awaken your senses.

We start this ritual with a Cleanse of your feet to remove any negativity you've been walking with and then gently use heated mitts to remove.

Then we move onto a facial Cleanse including your neck, chest and shoulders, were aiming to remove all that negative energy from the area as well as cleansing your skin. Then I'll gently remove with heated mitts.

Body Smooth refreshing polish will be gently massaged onto your chest, shoulders and neck. As we let this work it's magic, Facial oil will be applied and massaged into your face followed by Ice Globes. 

Then we'll gently remove body Smooth with warm water using facial mitts before applying moisturiser to neck, chest, shoulders and face. 

A rose quartz eye mask will be applied before we apply hair oil to your hair. Your Scalp Massage begins & we end with a gentle Reiki Session.
