The Lulu's brand as we know it was created in 2020 after a full makeover & name change. Lulu's the salon followed shortly after in September 2021 after putting the pandemic behind us and focusing on a brighter, more successful future.

This may include correction of at home colours or those done in another salon. We will advise you of the full process, time frame and cost at consultation.

Colour changes vary in complexity and therefore will again, be discussed in depth at your consultation.

Complex corrections and changes will be charged at £160 for a standard 4 hour appointment and charged at £40 per hour past that - this will be discussed in advance with you.

FOR HAIR SERVICES

The consultation fee is £10 - this will be deducted from the total bill when completing your full appointment.
If you do not attend your consultation appointment without letting a member of staff know, you will not be refunded the £10 fee.

Lash, brow & makeup appointments may require a separate consultation but that will be arranged at the time of booking your appointment.
