One Area

Upper Face Botulinum Toxin is a treatment for facial lines and wrinkles and usually consists of injections of Botulinum Toxin A.  The forehead treatment helps to relax frown lines and reduce the appearance of horizontal wrinkles. The frown treatment helps to reduce the appearance of frown lines above the nose, while the crow’s feet treatment helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes. 
Frown lines have to be injected when working on the forehead to help support the horizontal lines.

2 Areas

Upper Face Botulinum Toxin is a treatment for facial lines and wrinkles and usually consists of injections of Botulinum Toxin A into 3 areas of the face – forehead, frown and crow’s feet. The forehead treatment helps to relax frown lines and reduce the appearance of horizontal wrinkles. The frown treatment helps to reduce the appearance of frown lines above the nose, while the crow’s feet treatment helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.

Bunny lines refer to the small, slightly diagonal wrinkles on both sides of the nose, right below the bridge, that appear when you wrinkle your nose. Like many types of facial wrinkles, bunny lines are caused by repeating certain facial expressions. They often appear more pronounced when you smile or laugh, so they may not be very visible when your face muscles are at rest.

As you get older, like most wrinkles, even nose wrinkles will deepen over time. Some people find them charming, but others may feel that bunny lines age their face and are self-conscious about it. If you fall into the latter category, there are things you can do to minimize the appearance of nose wrinkles if they are bothering you.

Calf reduction is a procedure that can make the legs look more feminine, with the creation of a smooth contour from the ankles to the knees. If your calves are lacking a defined curve, making your lower legs appear shorter than you would like, the slimming effect of calf reduction can accentuate your femininity.
A relatively new treatment, calf reduction, is proven to be successful in targeting the ‘bulkiness’ of the gastrocnemius muscle; the most prominent muscle in the calf. By slimming the calves and achieving a more feminine shape, it can be easier to wear garments like tight-fitting jeans and footwear such as boots.  The cost is reflective of the amount of product required.

The chin can develop an excessively dimpled, pebbly or orange peel look, anti-wrinkle relaxes the muscles that cause your chin to look cobblestones, resulting in a smoother, more youthful and refreshed appearance.

A gummy smile, known in medical terms as excessive gingival display, is when you smile and too much gum tissue shows above the top teeth.

There is not a set definition of a gummy smile, as it is not a medical problem per se. A gummy smile is mainly based on personal perception.

However, there have been studies to determine what people consider excessive gingival display. In most cases, subjects rated smiles as attractive when two millimetres or less of gum tissue was exposed. At around three millimetres or more, the smile was thought to be gummy. The condition seems to be more common in women than men.

Facial slimming involves injecting Botox to reduce the size of the masseter muscles. This reduces the width of the lower face, reduces squareness, leaving a softer more feminine V shape.

When we reduce the squareness in the jaw, we make the lower face less prominent, so focus and attention is drawn to the cheek bones and eyes. dermal fillers which are used to replace lost volume in the jowls and build back up a supporting structure, Botox is used to relax specific key muscles such that the shape of the jawline is improved through tightening or lifting.

During a lip flip procedure, we inject Botox into parts of your upper lip. After about a week, the injections make your lip look fuller or “poutier” without adding any volume to your lip as your lip curls slightly upwards.

Clenching or grinding teeth is an involuntary movement, which we cannot control and can occur either while awake or asleep. The medical term for unconscious teeth grinding and jaw clenching is bruxism, and many people suffer of it for years without even realising it.

70% of grinding and clenching happens at night when we sleep, but it can also happen while we are concentrating (for example driving, reading, or watching TV) or under stress.

This causes a hypertrophic growth of the muscles attached to the jaw, called the masseters, and therefore a wider square-looking face.

In addition to the aesthetic reasons behind treating the masseter muscles, many people with bruxism also suffer from pain and discomfort which has previously only been treated with special splints and physiotherapy.

What is brow lamination?

Brow lamination is a two-step eyebrow perming treatment that involves correcting the brow shape by setting the hairs in place using a chemical solution. In the first step, a cream is applied that breaks down bonds in the eyebrow hairs so they can be manipulated into a new position. In the second step, another cream is applied to rebuild these bonds and set the brows in their new uniform position.

If you have unruly, flat or downward growing hairs, eyebrow lamination can change the direction of growth to create a more uniform look with a higher arch and a more desirable brow shape. Brow lamination lasts 4 to 6 weeks generally, with proper care allowing the brow treatment to last as long as 8 weeks.

Earlobes can be a bit of a giveaway as to our age; they start to sag as we get older through lack of collagen and hyaluronic acid and can suffer from wear and tear due to heavy earrings.
