Mindful Massage blends traditional bodywork with awareness practice. Mindful Massage holds a space to slow down and come home to yourself. Each session begins with a grounding practice, a simple pause to arrive, to let the body catch up with the mind. From there, the massage unfolds as a gentle conversation between body and awareness, touch and breath. There’s no rush, no agenda, just space to soften, to listen and to be.

My approach brings together my background in holistic massage, mindfulness coaching and trauma-sensitive practice. I hold each session as a moment of genuine presence; a meeting in awareness, guided by respect, compassion and care. For you, each session is an invitation to meet yourself with tenderness, held in a space of grounded presence and trust. Holistic Massage - A nurturing full-body massage that brings deep relaxation and energetic balance. Perfect for stress and emotional fatigue.

 A lymphatic drainage massage uses very light, rhythmic strokes to encourage your body’s own waste clearing network. lymphatic drainage helps:

    Reduce swelling & fluid retention: Clears excess lymph from arms, legs or face.
    Support immune function: Transports protein rich fluid and debris into nodes for filtering.
    Speed recovery: Flushes metabolic waste after surgery, injury or intense workouts.
    Enhance detoxification: Complements deep lymphatic drainage once fluid passes the nodes.
    Soothe discomfort: Mild pressure can ease headaches, sinus pressure and post exercise soreness.

Unlike Holistic Massage, preparation of the main lymphatic drains and the order of treatment sites is essential. While head and arms can be drained in a shorter session, a full body treatment which includes the legs will require a 90 minute session.

What to expect

Each session begins with a short check-in to understand what your body needs that day, how your muscles are feeling, your training load and areas of fatigue. Techniques may include:

    Deep tissue and myofascial work to release built-up tension
    Trigger-point and stretching techniques to aid range of motion
    Lighter recovery strokes to encourage circulation and reduce soreness
    Pressure is always adapted to your comfort level, balancing strength and awareness.
    Please note: I don’t offer treatment for acute or ongoing injuries. My focus is on maintenance, recovery, and injury prevention, supporting your body to stay balanced and resilient.
