Intense pulsed light (IPL) helps rejuvenate the complexion and treats pigmentation problems. IPL uses a broad spectrum of light wavelengths that briefly pulse the skin. The light energy is absorbed by melanin pigment to treat brown spots and by hemoglobin in red blood cells to treat broken blood vessels.

It also stimulates collagen production for the improvement of the overall skin tone. No skin is removed during this treatment.

Please ensure you book a patch test appt for at least 24hrs prior to your treatment appt. This is to test the laser levels on the area to be treated and ensure your skin has no reaction. Area must also be shaved completely prior to lasering.

If you're not happy with shaving, tweezing, or waxing to remove unwanted hair, laser hair removal may be an option worth considering.

Laser hair removal is one of the most commonly done cosmetic procedures. It beams highly concentrated light into hair follicles. Pigment in the follicles absorb the light. This destroys the hair.

The practitioner will pass the laser over the tattoo surface – treatment length will considerably vary depending on tattoo size. During the course of the treatment time, you’re likely to feel a pricking sensation as the ink is broken down. Whilst tattoo removal is considered less painful than actually getting a tattoo, we’d be lying if we said it was not somewhat uncomfortable for the patient at times. To reduce feelings of discomfort as much as possible, we’ll apply a local anaesthetic numbing cream before the laser energy treatment session begins, if necessary.

Laser treatment patch test 

Patch testing is essential when visiting a new lash technician, even if you've had lash extensions previously as we all use varying types of adhesives. A small dot of glue is applied behind your ear and left for 48hrs.
