A 15 minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.

After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied.

After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled unless you've booked more than one service (e.g., nails & toes).

If you’ve booked multiple services and arrive after 15 minutes, you’ll need to choose one service to proceed with.

If you are 30 minutes late for multiple services, both services will be canceled and the following policy will apply:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a nonrefundable $25 fee.

This fee must be paid before you are able to rebook.

This service is for curved, chipped, or damaged nails that need repair or reconstruction, along with your original service.

Nail Reconstruction

Filling and reshaping the existing acrylic nails to flatten surface.
Apply nail forms then acrylic is built up over the form to create the desired length. 

Extensions 

An acrylic full set is a nail enhancement service where acrylic is applied over the natural nails,  extended with nail forms and finished with a gel polish and glossy top coat that can last for several weeks.
Any additional designs would be an extra fee.
