Just to clarify; I arrived at your location at the booked appointment time of 2:00 pm, and began setting up right away. Mobile services include a short setup period to ensure everything is clean, comfortable, and ready for your treatment. Services begin once setup is complete, and the full appointment time (as listed online) includes setup, cleanup, and the service to maintain proper timing between appointments and travel. This was discussed when you brought up your concerns in person and is listed on my booking site for future reference.

Krystyn is really good with her massage techniques and the pressure she puts is gentle. The reason for 3 stars is I booked for 1hr session and the details were not provided to me that it includes her packing time as well. She started the session at 2:08pm and ended at 2:40pm and later when asked she told the session is only for 45mins but still when calculated it is just 32mins. Later she said it was mentioned on her website ( ps: which was not shared before ). Apart from that, everything else is perfect. She carries her stuff and leave everything clean. 

My daughter and I each had a pedicure and I had a manicure as well. Krystyna is very friendly and professional. She listened to exactly what we wanted and made amazing suggestions.I would highly recommend her if you would like to be spoiled with some beautiful nails!
