Release limiting beliefs and stories from societal, religious, and familial conditioning that affect our nervous systems, bodies, health, and self-perception. We uncover and address inherited or programmed toxic patterns and beliefs through deep internal work. My approach integrates EFT, meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, CBT, somato-emotional release, yogic practices, energy healing, and therapeutic touch to support clients in reclaiming wholeness and facilitating self-healing.
