Calm & Glowing

This treatment combines sculpting and intra oral massage. Much like a deep tissue massage for the face, the internal muscles of the jaw are massaged using sterile gloves inside the mouth alongside a full massage of the face, neck chest and shoulders. If you have TMJ, or suffer from tightness around your jaw then this is for you too!

Mini Facial

Add ons

Warm herbal oil massage of the head, neck and shoulders to aid relaxation whilst stimulating the nerves and circulation both locally and overall. This is a seated treatment.

Good for relaxation, tension release and those with recurring headaches.

Head Massage

A combination of the popular Head Massage and Back Massage to help with tension release, relaxation and localised pain using herbal oil.

The treatment starts seated to address the head, neck and upper back then on the couch to finish with a relaxing back massage. 

Head, Neck & Back Massage

Warm herbal oil massage of the face, neck and shoulder region with the addition of Marma point massage. This treatment helps to ground and regulate bodily systems for optimum function. 
 

Face Massage

Hot oil massage done using herb and spice filled muslin poultices all over the body. This treatment is really supportive for all conditions affecting bones, muscles and nerves. 

Hot Bolus Massage (Pinda Sveda)

Warm herbal oil massage around the abdomen and lower back to promote nourishment, cleansing and relaxation. This massage supports the release of congestion and helps to balance bodily systems. 

Stomach Massage

Not your average massage! This treatment uses warm oil to massage hands and arms and supports all nervous system imbalances, aiding relaxation and release.

Hand Massage

Not your average massage! This treatment uses warm oil to  massage feet and lower legs and supporting the release of heat and inflammatory states of the body whilst aiding relaxation.

Foot Massage 

Much like the Basti treatments it consists of a dough ring applied directly around the eye area and filled with warm ghee or oil. You will be required to open and close the eyes during this time.

This supports all eye conditions, nervous system related conditions, excess heat in the body or inflammation and is also supportive in ageing of the skin around the eyes.


Eye Treatment

Starting and ending with a short face massage, warm oil is filled into each ear alternately with a marma massage each side. If you're feeling ungrounded, this may be the one for you. 

This supports several nervous system conditions, facial palsy, IBS, reproductive irregularities and recurrent ear infections.

Ear Treatment

A classic Ayurvedic treatment. Herbal oil is administered into the nose through drops. The treatment starts and finishes with a face massage and gentle steam of the skin with hot towels. 

This is particularly supportive for those with recurring congestion of the sinuses, improves overall health through the nervous system and releases tension in the head and face.

Ayurvedic Treatment is a journey and takes more than one consultation to bring you to your best health. Setting the foundations is a crucial part to get the best for yourself and from Ayurvedic treatment.

This package will cover 3 months and includes:

• x2 45min Follow ups (Approx 4 weeks apart)
