2. Unusual procedure for spa/massage treatment - for instance we didn't fill in any forms indicating possible ailments, allergies or pregnancies. 
3. There was only one attendee so towards the end she seemed to be in a hurry & exhausted. 
4. The prices need to be updated on the system- there are much higher.

The therapist was great. She knew how to find exactly where the knots were & she dealt with them. She also listened to the pressure I wanted. I found it just a little odd that she didn't know what I'd booked & how much to charge me. She asked me those details even though I'd pre-booked & specified online
