AromaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy lines and reflexology points of the back, head, and feet. The method helps stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress, boosting immune function, and restoring balance across the body’s systems.

The eight doTERRA essential oils used are:
Balance (Grounding Blend) – for relaxation and emotional balance
Lavender – for calming and reducing stress
Melaleuca (Tea Tree) – for cleansing and immune support
On Guard – for immune boosting
AromaTouch (Massage Blend) – for muscle relaxation and circulation
Deep Blue – for soothing muscles and joints
Wild Orange – for uplifting mood and energizing
Peppermint – for invigoration and respiratory support

The oils are gently massaged into the back and feet in a specific sequence using light, rhythmic strokes designed to stimulate energy flow, relax muscles, and enhance absorption. The entire session lasts about 45 min.

AromaTouch Technique
