To secure any treatment, I require a deposit. The deposit payable depends on the total value of your appointment - see chart below.
Once paid it simply rolls from appointment to appointment or, if your treatment is a one off, it's simply deducted from the balance due on the day.
The only time you would lose it is if you give less than 48 hrs notice to change/ cancel an appointment.
