Bronze, could be classed as swirls, hearts, marble, full chrome.
Silver, could be things like French & chrome, cat eye, two/ three nails with detailed art. 
Gold, could be detailed art on every nail, isolated chrome detail, french plus nail art. 
Platinum, could be custom full design, 3d details, extreme isolated chrome.
