Her technique was both relaxing and deeply therapeutic, relieving tension and improving mobility. The cupping was especially effective in releasing tight muscles. Table Based. Stretch therapy involves the practice of assisted stretching and coaching, which aims to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical well-being through targeted stretching techniques and guidance from a trained professional.
