As a fully qualified and insured reflexologist I use a combination of special pressure techniques to soothe or stimulate reflex points on the feet or face which correspond to the systems and organs of the body. I work from my private therapy space 'The Tweet' in the village of Poppleton, 4 miles from York. Treatments offered include: Facial Reflexology, Foot Reflexology and Gentle Touch TM Reflexology for Babies and Children.
