Hi i hope you are well, i am so sorry you feel this way. Your brow lami was with a trainee and the amount you paid was a discounted amount as you were advised it was due to training. When learning and practicing we have to expect it wont be perfect but trainees do try their best. Please do book back in 4weeks time for another discounted brow lami and i can assure you zaynahs experience by then will be top knotch.

I visited Elysian Parlour today for a Vitamin B12 injection which was done by  Maliyah, She was very professional made me feel comfortable and it was quick and painless.
I would highly recommend and I will be returning for more treatments.

Fine experience customer service wise. 
I paid £45 to have some gel removed from my toes and reapplied. They use electronic files and it hurt a couple of my toes. I would honestly say the way the gel has been applied is not worth the money spent with some on my skin and patches where the polish hasn’t been spread evenly. 
The salon was super quiet but members of staff were friendly and attentive. 

Staff were super lovely. Great experience!
