What I practice is a therapeutic bodywork / massage that is rooted in Tui Na, which is an ancient Oriental massage style that is done fully clothed. It is radically different from regular massage, and highly effective. It can work really well if you are looking to improve your overall wellbeing. I am also trained in Oil massage and Indian head massage. The Oil massage can be relaxing as well as can relive you from muscle aches and knots while nourishing your skin. The Indian Head massage works well for distressing and relaxing taking you away from the everyday hustle and bustle.
