The goal of my work is to create a still calm space to aid the mind-body in utilizing the deep and natural healing forces present within. Whether I am helping a client with trauma, chronic pain or aiding in recovery from life stressors, this basic principle is the underlying foundation of my practice.

Each treatment includes TMJ myofascial release techniques, cranial sacral therapy, trigger point therapy to help relieve jaw pain, headaches, migraines, sinusitis, tinnitus and facial pain.
The session will consist of reducing tension in the muscles of mastication (chewing) as well as addressing other muscles that may be involved such as cervical (neck) muscles and even the shoulders and upper back.
