For 30 years, it has been an honour to support many clients through challenging times. I aim to reduce your pain, stress, and anxiety, increase function, to enable you to thrive in life. I listen really carefully to you and draw on my wealth of knowledge to develop a bespoke treatment to meet your needs. My background in sports massage informs my work, however I now use the profoundly effective, gentle techniques of Myofascial Release and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
