Holistic Facials

A 2 hour session beginning with my signature slow flow holistic facial massage followed by a longer energy healing session using Reiki and my Himalayan singing bowls. Working to soften tension and release energy stagnation from the physical level up to the spiritual level, this is the ultimate relaxation and allows for a deeper dive into your inner world. 

Facial Massage with Reiki & Sound

A 90 minute session for a deeper immersion into your sacred inner space. Experience an hour long bespoke facial massage followed by a sound bath with Himalayan Singing Bowls. A facial supports so many things on the physical level but it is also can have potent effects in offering emotional support and calming mental tension and overwhelm too. Sound is a wonderful modality for recalibrating the body's vibrational state to one of harmony and balance.

The various frequencies of the instruments used help to break up stagnant energy for release and recalibration, bringing the many layers of the subtle bodies, right down to the physical level, back into harmonic balance. The experience is gentle, relaxing and deeply supportive to the nervous system often inducing a deep level of rest. 


Facial Massage with Sound Healing

A 90 minute session for a deeper immersion into your sacred inner space. Experience an hour long facial followed by 30 mins of soothing Reiki healing. A facial massage supports so many things on the physical level but it is also can have potent effects in offering emotional support and calming mental tension and overwhelm too. Reiki is a wonderful modality for recalibrating the body's vibrational state to one of harmony and balance.

Reiki can help clear the energetic causes for a whole spectrum of conditions - emotional, mental or physical, which can bring about healing on every level. The mind and body are connected and this connection is understood through a pathway which sees emotional or mental stress manifest in physical symptoms. Reiki activates the body's own intelligent healing mechanisms and is often a peaceful and restorative experience. It is a hands-on or off healing technique, performed fully clothed/over the blanket with no contraindications.


Facial Massage with Reiki

Blended Sessions

Exactly the same as an in person session but you get to stay in the comfort of your own home, allowing for greater accessibility if an illness or mobility causes restrictions for you. There is no travel time or costs and you have full control over how you experience the session - for example, in your own bed, with your own music.
 
I prefer to work off-line so you don't even have to worry about being on camera. I will contact you by your preference of voice note or email shortly before the session and afterwards to follow up on how it went for you.

I will contact you after your booking as I will need a picture and your full name in order to connect and I must have the permission of the person receiving Reiki if a session is booked for someone else. 

Reiki - Distant

Energy healing session using hands-on or hands-off the body, performed fully clothed. Reiki works to release and harmonise energy stagnations in any layer of the energy body - Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It initiates the body’s own healing mechanisms and can be helpful in supporting all manner of physical or emotional challenges. 

Reiki underpins what I do but my sessions may also involve the use of crystals or some shamanic or sound healing techniques. The Reiki session itself is approximately 45 minutes long so we will have a little bit of time before and after to talk. You are welcome to share anything you would like me to focus on but are never obligated to share personal details. Reiki is an intelligent life force energy and will flow to support anywhere it is needed.

Reiki - in person

Reiki Healing

Sound Healing is subtle yet powerful. The various frequencies of the singing bowls help to break up stagnant energy for release and recalibration, bringing the many layers of the subtle bodies into harmonic balance. The experience is gentle, relaxing and deeply supportive to the nervous system often inducing a deep level of rest. Both crystal and Himalayan bowls may be used along with other instruments like chimes and drum.

Contraindications:
Please consult a medical professional or qualified health advisor if you have any conditions that affect your hearing. It is generally not advised to receive sound healing if you have a pacemaker, metal plates within the body, epilepsy, vertigo, severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia or through pregnancy.
