Late Arrival Policy:
We want to make sure every client gets the full experience, so if you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment.
First time: No charge
Any time after that: 50% of the service may apply
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that plans change so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
