Reiki is an ancient technique used for stress reduction and relaxation and has been shown to have several benefits for both physical and mental health. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves the practitioner gently placing their hands on or near the body.

You will be comfortable and warm nestled under blankets throughout the session 🤍


Reiki

Relax throughout a session of balancing and alignment of energy flow through the 7 major chakras to promote healing, wellbeing and physical and emotional balance.  

This is an energetic journey, balancing and healing to bring you back into your natural state of wellness and self. 

During the session you will relax into a deep space of awareness and the energy will flow exactly where it needs with the highest and best intention for you.   

Combing reiki energy, 7 major chakra activation,  chakra healing tuning forks, aroma scents linked specifically to each chakra, meridian therapy, pendulums, singing bowls, bells and calming music.


Body Flow & Balance

A light touch therapy using hand and/or Meridian tools, applying gentle pressure, small circular movements and tapping on acupressure points on the body.

The treatment increases energy flow along body channels known as meridians and relieves energy blockages that can cause physical symptoms and therefore helps alleviate anxiety, stress and promotes calm and relaxation.

As Meridian therapy is applied directly over clothing, I ask that you wear light materials so that the treatment is most effective.

Occasionally I may choose to work on areas that require treatment directly on the skin.
This will be discussed at the start of a session.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a technique that stimulates acupressure points by pressuring, tapping or rubbing while focusing on situations that represent personal fear or trauma.
