An unbelievable session today.  The recovery process from my heart surgery is both physical, emotional and mental.  James covers it all in such a safe and positive way.  Each session has been different and I can feel the benefits even after three sessions.  This is instrumental to my recovery and I’m beyond grateful.

The NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol involves the placement of five small, sterilized needles in specific points on each ear. What to Expect During Your Session:
Your session will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes. After a brief consultation to understand your needs, you will relax comfortably while the needles are gently placed in your ears. Many clients find this to be a deeply soothing experience, often leading to a state of calm and relaxation.
